 Our Programs

Computer Mentors has developed a program to teach young people essential computer skills, relating to both hardware and software. The program is based on a hands on, self paced approach which offers mastery of critical skills on a individual basis.

All of our programs are designed around a hands on curriculum with support of skilled professionals. The goal is to encourage youths to learn and enjoy technology and to foster an employable skill set that will see them off to a good start in their future endeavors.


IC3 Certification
Our Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) program teaches students basic knowledge and use of computer hardware, software, networks, and the internet.

Advanced Training
If desired, a student may progress further into the Advanced Training program which offers the CIW or A+ certifications.

Kids Program
The Computer Mentors Kids program teaches ages 5-13 about Microsoft Office and Windows in a 14 hour (7 session) class.

Adult Training
The Adult Training program is a 15 week-long course that teaches basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Computers for Kids
Simply put, this program gets our excess computer donations into low-income homes.
